Early Childhood Teacher

Large newly developed centre offering flexible working conditions & Great pay is looking to take on a child care professional for the role of Early Childhood Teacher.

This premium early learning centre is located close to M5, shops, train station & Bus stops.

The appropriate candidate will be a highly motivated individual with the ability to blend effectively with the current routine as well as implement improvement in collaboration with current staff team.

Essential:

• Degree in Early Childhood Studies (as required by the NSW Children's services Qualifications Committee.)
• Sound understanding of the rules and regulations of Children's services in NSW
• The ability to monitor and implement changes to centre policies.
• An ability to plan, implement and evaluate an early childhood program
• A genuine respect for children along with a desire to pursue a long-term career in early childhood.

Desirable:

• Experience with the Accreditation Process.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Experience or knowledge of the Emergent Curriculum
• Experience leading a School Readiness Program
